Initial Comments:
Based on the findings of an offsite unannounced followup survey completed December 13, 2021, Always Best Care, had corrected the deficiency cited under PA Code, Title 28, Health and Safety, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart G, Chapter 601, Home Health Care Agencies. The deficiency was cited as a result of a relicensure survey completed June 8, 2021.
